During the last week of October the De Groot consultancy team attended the 23rd Conference of Residue Chemists held at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre. We gave a poster presentation highlighting the relationships between residue and analytical chemists, regulatory consultants and the regulatory authorities such as the APVMA.   

In addition to keeping up to date with technical issues, attendance at relevant conferences are an important avenue to meet with clients, analytical and residue chemists as well as representatives from the regulatory authorities. Because the conference was held in Brisbane it was possible for all seven members of the DTS team to attend for various sessions.

It is envisaged that papers presented at the conference will be available via a conference website shortly.
